The Construction Process
There are numerous steps that go into the construction of a luxury custom home in beautiful Florida. The process begins with getting pre-approved to find the proper budget next would be the selection of your land if you do not already have lot which we can help with, our realtors are experts in land acquisition to find your perfect location. Next we would develop your architectural plans with everything you desire with precise planning. Once the plans are finalized and approved we will apply for all permits to get started. Once permitted the construction team begins to remove any previous structures, grade your lot, form the foundation and get all plumbing roughed in. Then the concrete floor is poured. The concrete blocking stage is next followed by the installation of wood framing on the interior as well as the windows and doors.
While the plumbing, electrical and heating and cooling get underway on the interior, we will start the exterior with finishes such as stucco, siding, roofing, painting and stone work. Followed by concrete and landscaping to the lanai and swimming pool. As the interior rough-ins come to completion we will start the drywall, custom trim work, interior doors, closets, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and paint work. Finally once that process is complete we start to finish off your home with lighting, faucets, and all the finishes to your luxury custom home.
